Mrs. Haraoui’s message on World Diabetes Day

In these difficult times, it is paramount to pursue our struggle to provide medical treatment to more than 2700 patients with Type1 Diabetes.
It is the basic right of every child and IDF focused on this year world Diabetes day on the importance of access to care for every person with Diabetes.
On this day, we remain committed to contribute to all efforts deployed to insure access to care to patients all over the globe.
Today more than ever I salute people with Diabetes and Health Care professionals for struggling to maintain their well being.
Unfortunately, in countries with acute economic crisis like Lebanon, the vital treatment became a luxury!
WE hope to be able to succeed together to change this sad reality!
