Limitation of visitors:
Front Door: max 15 patients enter the center/ day
Only 10 transfused patients enter the center per day to maintain distancing
Patients enrolled in clinical trials around 5 max/ day
Blood donors
All visitors are screened and wear masks
All other visitors are not allowed to enter; the concerned staff comes to the door and does the transaction (delivery off goods, payment collection, mail etc...)
Special back door fitted for medication dispensing: around 60 -70 persons per day served without entering the facility
Prior phone call consultation and preparation of prescription
Patients stay home; one family member comes to the Center to receive drugs and material from special door
Special yellow lines on floor indicating the needed distancing while waiting
A nurse and a social worker interact with family member without him entering the Center
All internal work performed by staff (getting goods from pharmacy, administrative procedures etc)
All medication and material needed for 1-2 month treatment are provided free of charge
Protective material: All staff wears surgical masks
All outside laboratory testing are suspended
