The Chronic Care Center has been officially founded by Mrs. Mouna Elias Haraoui,
on January 22, 1993 by ministerial decree number: 18/ADThis institution acquired
its non-governmental and non-profit making organization status on June 17, 1994
according to law number: 5341

Political Science, Saint Joseph University.
Manager, Head office of Banque de la Bekaa and Member of the Board of Directors (1980-2003).
Member at the Association of Banks in Lebanon for 15 years.
Founder and Manager of Global Solution, 2004.
Founder and Manager of Tamweel Capital sal, 2010.
Member, Lebanese Red Cross Committee in Zahle.
Representative of the Bekaa, Lebanese Red Cross Central committee and President of the Financial Committee.
Member at the General Assembly of "Hadanet el Tofel" Zahle.
Member of the Chronic Care Center Association (1997-current).
